Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find products, processing transactions, and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
